Sarah. 22yrs old. Australian.

I post a fair amount The Mortal Instruments stuff on here, but there will also be the odd post of Doctor Who, Star Trek, Harry Potter etc. Oh and cats, no blog is complete without them I guess.

The odd text post too about issues, good days and general life chats.

Wonderful.

Finished CoHF…

I finished it. It took me two days to finish in between moving into my new house. I finished it at 3am this morning and I now can not sleep.

I cried, a lot. More at the end, because it finally hit me that this is it. No more Jace, Clary, Izzy, Simon, Alec or Magnus….

I got pretty emotionally invested since I got the first book 6 or so years ago. The story was great, the world was brilliant, and the characters, loved them.

Alec will always be my favourite fictional character hands down. His character development was great and I gelled with his character, even when he is nasty and incredibly shy at the very start I still thought he was brilliant. And now looking at his character in CoHF and the amount of sass he has and how he is such a badass guy deep down, it just made it better. I’ll miss his character the most, definitely. And Magnus, obviously. His character was also perfect :)

I’ll miss them all! I will always go back and re-read this books, always. They are my favourite books series by far and it sucks it’s over..

run-youcleverboyand-remember:

What I always loved about Matt was how he was the youngest doctor, but had the element in his eyes of having such old eyes, ones that had seen destruction and loss and sadness, and to be able to pull that off as such a young actor and to come through strongly on screen is incredible..
